Ahh-Choo! In December, we rescued seven kitties when we learned they were scheduled for euthanasia to make room for other cats coming into that shelter. When we met them, the cats were terribly thin and had colds the likes of which we had not seen before. Continual sneezing, runny eyes and noses, severe congestion and fevers so high that two of them had to be hospitalized. On top of that, they had ringworm.
Thanks to support from friends like you, the great vets who work with us and two amazing foster families, they're on the road to recovery and we're seeing a sparkle in their eyes for the very first time. Here are a bunch of "before-and-after"pictures we took during the two months they've been in our program. "Santa's Team": Cupid (adult cream and white long hair) and her kittens, Donner (dilute Calico long hair), Prancer (dilute Calico), Dancer (gray long hair), and Blitzen (buff and white long hair), as well as Rudy (black and white short hair with white blaze on face) and Comet (black and white short hair).
If you can lend a hand by making a $10 contribution to help us pay for their medical bills, we'd greatly appreciate it. >>Make a donation |
